These games review the place value concept of 100 more and 100 less, and 10 more and 10 less for the numbers 100-900. On a turn players cover a clue and the answer. While they play, they attempt to make the longest line of counters in their color.
As they play, students mentally add 10 or 100 to a given number 100-900, and mentally subtract 10 or 100 from a given number 100-900.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
- There are 4 game boards in this collection.
- 2 games review 100 more or less and 10 more or less.
- 2 games review mentally adding and subtracting 100 and 10.
- These are games for 2 players.
- Players need counters to play.
PRINTABLE OR DIGITAL
Choose Your Format - These games come in 2 different versions.
PRINTABLE FORMAT
Simply print the game on cardstock or paper. Players will require counters to play.
You can also laminate the games or slip them into dry erase pockets for durability.
DIGITAL TPT EASEL FORMAT
There is also a digital version using TpT’s Easel digital tool. The games can be assigned in Google Classroom or with a link. You can access the Easel version via your purchases page or via the product listing page. This will give you access to a digital version with moveable counters.
These games are suggested for second and third grade but may also be suitable for other grades. Please see the Preview to see if these are suitable for your students.
