The series I have used for handwriting for years was discontinued. This product is a great way to continue to teach letter formation.
This resource help me to work on and strengthen my students' handwriting. With schools being virtual/digital these past few years, my students' handwriting at the beginning of the year was below where it should be, and this book helped a lot.
Description
This packet is ONLY D'Nealian style practice. Students get uppercase and lowercase practice on each letter. You have a choice to make half page or full page handwriting practice books.
Half Page Book:
There are 2 letters per page so if you cut it in half you get your half page book. You get less practice work with each letter but it's short, to the point, and the students learn the correct way to write each letter uppercase and lowercase. Students will follow the trace, write, write pattern. When they trace it's the correct way using numerical streaks/pencil pauses.
Full Page Book:
You get all the practice in the half page version but the full page version has extended practice like common site words, sentence, write and draw. The extended version is based on one letter per sheet...BUT it's uppercase and lowercase!
**If you don't want to make them into books for each student...laminate the pages and put them into a handwriting center so students can practice without making the copies!
