Description
This is a google sheets file scoring template that can be used to track all fitness tests plus it includes the formulas for getting a VO2 max number. You can get a VO2 max number using the 20 meter pacer laps or mile run time. you will be able to see the pre and post values for each category on the same page.
Categories that you can insert data manually:
(Height), (weight), (push-ups), (curl-ups), (long jump), (back saver sit & reach), (20 meter pacer), and (mile run).
Categories that will be calculated with proper data:
(BMI), (20m Pacer VO2max), (Mile run VO2max)
It also includes a chart of healthy fitness zone ranges, and a quick info page.
