What educators are saying

These templates are fantastic! My students love to create their own learning games and these have been so helpful!
My 2nd & 3rd grade homeschoolers have recently become interested in project-based learning and they thoroughly enjoyed this resource. Very engaging!

Description

Students LOVE games - channel that excitement and stir up some creativity with my Create a Board Game Project! Students choose a topic, develop a theme, create a game, and present it to the class. Whether students create a math board game for their project, or use the assignment to create a board game for another subject, your class will have so much fun as they plan, present, and evaluate their games on Game Day!

For students that need a little extra guidance, game card templates for a board game are included!

❤️You’ll Love:

  • An exciting take on content review for any subject
  • Letting students release their creativity as they develop their game
  • An element of SEL as students prepare to present and then give feedback to their classmates

What Teachers Like You Are Saying About This Resource

“This is amazing! I have been doing a board game project for awhile, but I love the simple, but engaging design of the worksheets to help the students through the process. I also love the incorporation of peer review and self reflection. This is very well put together. Highly recommend.” - Sonya F.

“This is a great way to differentiate for the gifted/talented students who need to have more challenge!  My students were engaged to work on this and it was very helpful to see their struggles/successes.  I plan to do again with all students in May as a culminating activity they can create and play.” - Alyssa B.
