Description

This worksheet guides students through through the steps in process of converting an equation from standard form to slope intercept form. Students first identify the coefficients of each variable in the equation in standard form ("A", "B", and "C"), then use the values of the coefficients to find the slope ("m") and y-intercept ("b"). Finally, they combine use these values to write the equation of the line in slope-intercept form.

This worksheet could be used both for guided note-making or for scaffolded independent practice after a lesson.
