This is a syllabus for one-semester high school Sociology course (or Introduction to Sociology). It includes a course description, general class expectations and guidelines. This is provided in doc form, so it can certainly be edited to fit your needs. You'll need to provide your contact and course information (name, contact, etc.) as well as your phone policy.

Learning standards are provided (from the National High School Standards for Sociology - as defined by the American Sociological Association). The general course outline broken down into eight simple units:

Intro to Sociology

Culture

Socialization

Deviance & Crime

Social Order & Control,

Marriage and Family

Sex & Gender

Social Stratification

Social Movements

These units are a good way to progress the course, and they are intentionally left vague to that you can still design the class to meet your specific needs. If you need a syllabus in a pinch, or would like a general guide to get you started, this can be a useful tool for you!
