Country Research Outline Form and Brochure Template

Research form to use to record information while researching a country. Also included is a template for a tri-fold brochure. Both forms collate to make it easy to transfer information for primary students or SPED students. Brochure template is cut out and glued onto a large piece of construction paper (18 x 12) which is folded into thirds to form the the tri-fold brochure.

Research outline comes in TWO versions - both have same information, however, one form has a larger writing space.

Brochure Template comes in THREE versions - Single writing line, Rule lined, and blank (with just the headers)
