Counselor Use of Time Tracker, Use of Time Analysis, Presentation One-Pager

This counselor use of time tool is something that I use every single day to monitor and track my use of time as a school counselor. This has been a game changer in advocating for my role and sharing data with my school and community.

I created this tool specifically to track data throughout the school year to present to my principal and school board to advocate for more resources and support for my students.

I also made this use of time data tracker because I could not find any other tool out there that would allow me to track my time for the entire school year, that was not prohibitively expensive.

To use, simply mark activities with an "x" and the percentages and total hours spent in each category will automatically populate on the data page. You can edit the dates/times/colors to fit the schedule of your school year. However, do not change the number of cells or delete cells, as that will affect the calculations that create the graphs and charts on the data page.
