Students will learn different coping skills they can use to deal with divorce, separation, and changing family stressors. Perfect for small group counseling for School Counselors. Includes a digital learning version for Google Slides.

This activity takes about 30 minutes to complete with a small or large group.

Includes:

►Activity description including instructions/walk through of activity, objectives, materials, and ASCA standards.

►Coping skills poster.

►Broken heart.

►4 pages of Coping Skills band-aides to heal the broken heart.

►Blank band-aides for students to create their own coping skills.

►3 pages of common Divorce stressors/heartbreaks and students choose the coping skill they would use.

►Black and white version included.
