This Google Slides presentation is centered around coping with a loss. People experience various types of loss in their life and its important our students are equipped with the skills to cope with their own loss and help others through their loss.
As a teacher I would project this assignment on the screen and go over it slide by slide as my students handwrite the notes on the worksheet.
Another option is to post the assignment online for students to type the notes in the google doc.
The guided note worksheet follows the presentation in order and students will be able to fill in the notes with ease.
The notes worksheet is linked on the first slide of the google slides presentation. When you click the link, it will ask you to make a copy to save to your personal google drive. This will allow you to edit the guided notes to your liking.
The last part of the presentation includes 6 real life loss scenarios. The students will have to think of how they can help in the scenario. Then possible answers/way to help are given to be discussed as a class.
