This resource can be printed on white or colored paper. Students can insert this into their interactive notebooks, as a reminder of the steps used to convert Standard Form into Slope-Intercept Form. You can also laminate the pages and have students use a dry erase marker to record their numbers.

How would I use this digitally?

If you are remotely learning or share resources digitally, you can share this option with your students by email or through a Learning Management System. Students can type in their numbers into the boxes provided and show their work digitally. If you want your students to show their work for multiple problems, just direct them to duplicate the slide and complete the problems in order!
