Description

This no-prep Easel Activity incorporates ten-frames, counting, and colored blocks to help students learn money, specifically pennies, nickels, and dimes, for 1:1 counting, money, ordering, and comparing pennies and nickels.

Each number uses a specific colored block in one piece to help students visualize and remember the numbers better. I used these blocks before with one of my students with receptive and expressive language disorder, and she went from struggling to eventually doing well with long division and pre-algebra concepts.

I had used the Connected Blocks mixed with other online programs, so I created my program. This is also good for dyscalculia, ASD, and other early intervention students.
