What educators are saying

This is a great way to practice with geometric proofs. I like how they start of easy and get harder, requiring students to think more before placing their statements. I've used this activity for both distance learning and students in the classroom and it worked well for both groups.
This was a great resource for my students who are just getting into writing proofs! This worked very well for our class.

In this activity, students drag and drop statements and reasons onto a proof card. The first 8 proofs require students to find the correct reason. The second 8 requires students to find statements and reasons. Topics include: SSS, SAS, ASA, AAS, HL, CPCTC, reflexive property, alternate interior angles, vertical angles, corresponding angles, midpoint, perpendicular, etc.
