Description

With this engaging and self checking activity, your students will enjoy solving composition of functions problems to solve the mystery! No prep and ready to print, this activity will help your students practice evaluating using compositions of functions. This resource makes differentiation easy!

This "Who Found It" Mystery comes with 4 different versions, which is great for differentiation:

6 Question Activity

9 Question Activity

12 Question Activity

15 Question Activity

Students solve the "clues" on the problem page. After solving each clue, they find their answer on the "Who Found It?" page and cross off the corresponding box. When they finish all clues, there should be only 3 boxes unchecked. This will solve the mystery!

The questions do repeat on each version, but the answer to the mystery is different.

You can use the 6 or 9 question activity as a warm up or exit ticket. The 12 or 15 question activity would make a great group activity, homework assignment, or review for an upcoming test/exam. This also makes a great sub activity.

Answer key is included for all versions (answers only, no worked out problems).
