Composer Research Poster Project & Presentation

This is designed to help students work together to discover and share information about the life, career, and music of a famous composer or musician!

This includes an example/sample layout of what the final project should look like, as well as headings students can cut and glue into their project. There is a group project grading rubric to hold the teammates accountable for their effort and quality of work. Designed for teams of three, but could be flexible. Directions for the project are included.

There are detailed biography pages templates asking questions to help them gather and organize their research on the personal life, professional life, and the society and culture surrounding each composer. This gathered information will be used to create the final presentation poster for display and/or peer teaching.

Encourages accountabilty, working in groups, and leadership for presenting to peers.
