Complete Anecdotal Note Kit for Guided Reading and Intervention

In this kit you will find everything you need to take and keep anecdotal records on your students. There are several pages with pictures showing you how to get started. There are planning pages for your guided reading groups as well as your math and language arts groups. You will use sticky notes to keep notes on your students. This allows your groupings to be flexible. In this kit you will also find a page to track fluency data. On the language arts individual student recording page you will have a place to note sight words that students are struggling with as well as phonics patterns that you notice they are having difficulty with from your anecdotal note taking.
