Description

What will you be when you grow up?

This Community Helper writing journal allows your students to draw themselves as a fireman, police officer, doctor and many more! They write what they will do as that helper too!

This journal has two sets of pages for differentiation. With one set of pages, the students only write the word "want" and the name of the helper. The other set has much more writing for each page to complete the sentence "I will be a _______ and I will ________." (Check out the Preview to see samples of each!) The pages have clipart of each helper so the students will know which page to work on. Great for writing stations!

There are 13 different pages to select from, each with a small clipart picture of the helper. Included is a blank page as well as a page of lined paper to create a two-sided journal if desired.

The following is a list of the community helpers included:

☺fire fighter

☺police officer

☺dentist

☺doctor

☺nurse

☺construction worker

☺mail carrier

☺librarian

☺teacher

☺farmer

☺trash collector

☺soldier

☺veterinarian
