College Cost of Attendance and Comparison Tool - Excel

An excel (and uploadable to Google Drive) spreadsheet that lets students, parents or school counselors compare their different post-secondary options from the financial aid perspective. The rows can be copied to the right to compare more than 10 schools. Please read usage and the buying rights.

Use: Have students simply fill in the names of the schools at the top. Complete each of the white cells (where applicable) with the amount of aid or costs. The colored rows will automatically update their totals (and should not be updated or it will break the form). The final row shows the remaining gap or excess aid.

Usage rights: By purchasing this product - a single school counselor may use this with their assigned students. Each school counselor who uses this with their students needs their own copy. Students and parents are free to use and edit this document after receiving it from a TpT buyer. Reproduction and/or distribution without purchasing is not allowed except within these rights.
