The resources you purchase on TPT are delivered electronically. Unlike purchasing a book, you can’t really return Digital file after it’s been downloaded or accessed. For that reason, all sales on TPT of digital resources are considered final and nonrefundable.

This is an excel spreadsheet that will generate a written report with a summary explaining what each task helps assess, calculate all scores, calculate and write the severity ratings summary, and fill in the entire summary scoring worksheet automatically. All you need to do is add your own qualitative observations, your own clinical interpretations, copy A-J columns and 1-40 rows of the summary tab, and paste, choosing special/unformatted text, into a word document or directly into your electronic health record (EMR) software. You will have to clean it up a bit, delete the age range you do not want to report on, and delete some blank spaces. What used to take you 20-30 minutes to complete or postponed to the next day will take you only 5 minutes.
