Clip Cards | Animal Names in Spanish
- PDF
Description
Your students will be eager to read and say the names of animals in Spanish with this clip card center! This resource would be great for a dual language immersion classroom where Spanish and English are the core languages used.
An image of an animal is positioned in the large space on the card. There are three small spaces located on the right side. Each of the small spaces includes one animal word that is written in Spanish. One of the animal words correctly matches the picture. Students use clothespins to clip the cards at the location of the correct word choice.
There are 40 animal names to learn with this clip card set! See the chart in the third thumbnail image to view the animals and the animal names are used or read the list at the end of this product description.
Each card also comes with both a black and white and a color option. There are also 3 designs provided so that you can use the one that best suits your instructional needs. See the the second thumbnail to view the 3 designs included.
Four clip cards print on one 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper. Each card is approximately 4 x 5 inches.
Educational clip cards are quick and easy to make. They are excellent learning centers for students. They become self-checking when the appropriate answers are marked on the backs of the cards. Use a highlighter or small stickers to do that. Their preparation is minimal and requires just a few supplies which include card-stock paper, clothespins, scissors, and access to a printer with black ink!
