Description
The BEST way I have found to track client/student progress over time. Track what visuals you have trialed, AAC page sets trialed, medical history, note where you saved documents, communicate with a interdisciplinary team and/or parents.
I keep track of all of my clients and students with this tool, and it keeps me on top of what I have trialed with each of them!
Use this individually, or as a therapeutic team to keep up to date on each client/student's life happenings, therapeutic history, medical history, treatment history, visuals, therapies/methodologies trialed, etc.
