Classroom Observation / Visit Form - FILLABLE!!

As an Instructional Coach, I am tasked with going into teachers' classrooms to observe. In the beginning of the year, I went in with a checklist of expectations (which I have listed as well). As the year progressed, I changed to this form because I began to focus in more on whether the instruction/tasks were actually aligned to the standards and if high impact strategies were being used to teach them. This helped me better discuss what I observed with the teachers to better focus them on how to improve their instructional practices.

There is 1 version with room to jot a 3-2-1 (3 things I loved, 2 things to consider, 1 question that I have) and one with just notes.
