Here is a fast-prep and fun way to manage your classroom and help build a positive community based on happy, helpful learners who are learning about responsibility. Each student will be encouraged to do little things throughout the day to contribute.
Each child has an 'itty bitty' - a circle to record and collect 10 stickers, dots or hole-punches as they are acknowledged for their efforts through the week. Students could also be responsible for coloring a dot on their card.
You can also create a classroom display to introduce and remind students of the class focus.
