What educators are saying

Setting up for use has been very smooth and easy. Students have enjoyed the token economy. Seeing positive behavioral changes. Fingers crossed !
We used these for our little "business" that our kids are having at the school. The kids like grabbing them and they are easy to use and make your own with.

Description

I love using a classroom economy system in my classroom! Students earn "money" to spend on prizes and rewards (these rewards do NOT have to cost you any money-- click here to see the reward cards I use)

I love using fake dollars because it helps the students practice counting money and getting change. However, the last 2 years it has been easier to me to maintain my classroom economy by giving each student a classroom credit card. I put each student's name on a card, laminate for durability, and then use a Sharpie and Expo to write points/erase points off their cards (Click here to read about how I use my cards in my classroom).

These templates come with instructions to edit-- please know that it will require some time to type out student names and add clipart (especially to each card). It usually takes me about 20-30 minutes every year.

**Please be sure you own PowerPoint before purchasing-- you will need it if you want to edit the templates**

Download includes:

  • 1 set of black/white dollars featuring a pencil (Amounts: 1, 5, 10, 20, 50, and 100)
  • 1 set of black/white dollars (using cursive/print fonts) featuring a pencil (Amounts: 1, 5, 10, 20, 50, and 100)

  • Black and white "Classroom Credit" cards (save on ink-- print on colored paper)
