    Description

During WWII, many art works and artists were lost to future generations due to the policies of the Third Reich. These three artists survived and chose to use their art to remind us of the destruction of war and the importance of peace regardless of the politics involved. Picasso, Matisse and Chagall all lived and created art during World War II. Learn about these amazing artists and what they endured during their lives. Separately they would cost $15, but you can receive all three for $10!

I began the Classroom Art Gallery Series because I loved introducing artists to my students. As their minds expanded through each exposure, I knew this was an area that could provide my students with an awareness that could not be found anywhere else in their classroom experiences. I hope these images help inspire your students to become deeper thinkers about the world around them. Check out my TpT store for more artists in the Classroom Art Gallery Series.
