Class Assembly - The Spanish Armada - Ages 8-11 - Duration 20mins+

A humorous look at the precursors to the Spanish Armada, focusing upon Philip 2nd's many grievances against Elizabeth I. The focus is upon entertainment (of the school/parents) although there is plenty of educational information behind the jokes.

This is a word document including a list of characters, a narration framework and 5 separate scenes. In all there are 22 roles within the assembly but this may be increased or decreased by splitting or combining pieces of narration or having different children play the same character in different scenes. Works well with an accompanying Powerpoint display behind the stage linked to the performance. I cannot share mine as several of the images are copyright. Duration: Approx 20 minutes.
