Description
This lesson plan is an overview of the six dimensions or areas of an individual's life that make up their overall health- "environmental, intellectual, emotional, physical, social and spiritual." It also covers how one event in your life can affect all parts of your wellness. When one part of your wellness wheel is not working, the less balanced your health may be. The wheel may look simple, but the wheel represents your life and well-being. 4 activities, clip art, printables, no prep needed.
