Circle of Community™:Classroom Management / Community Building for Divided Times

Circle of Community™ is a classroom management, team building, and or classroom community building activity for classrooms, groups, teams, or families, etc.

The resource is unique in that it utilizes participant strengths and provides a model for problem solving and positive relationship building

The benefit of this resource is that it provides a playful way to learn about each other’s strengths and challenges and illustrates how working together and getting along is an effective strategy for solving problems and attaining group goals.

The Circle of Community™ solves the problem of misunderstanding between people/students working in a group, on a team or in a classroom and enhances learning by improving communication, problem solving and goal attainment skills.

Circle of Community™ is a social emotional learning tool that works to improve communication skills and relationships with others. The activity can fix a disruptive class or chaotic classroom if needed.
