Description

Are you looking for a way to increase participation for EVERYONE at circle time or small group times in your special education preschool or autism class? This circle time bundle has everything you need to lead a fun and interactive session with young children or special education students. These song and nursery rhyme interactive circle time boards are designed to provide a way for non-verbal students to make choices, help students with autism anticipate the next verse or actions, and introduce students to sequencing, rhyming, color and number identification and many more pre-academic concepts. These boards are particularly popular with young children who may be resistant to staying at structured group times but are visual learners and highly motivated by completing sequencing.

Song and activity choice boards are an excellent addition to early childhood circle times, special education morning meetings, ABA therapy sessions, early intervention, inclusive daycares, or even home! They can be used in large groups, small groups or in individual therapy sessions.

Songs and nursery rhymes that are in this resource include: BINGO, Hickory Dickory Dock, Apples & Bananas, Alligators Swinging in a Tree, Itsy Bitsy Spider (2 versions), 5 Groundhogs, 5 Pumpkins, Head, Shoulders, Knees, & Toes, Slippery Fish, 5 Ghosts, Bringing Home a Baby Bumblebee, 1,2, Buckle my Shoe, Humpty Dumpty, Little Ms. Muffet, Wheels on the Bus, Down by the Bay, I’m a Little Teapot, 5 Little Ducks Went Out to Play, Who Stole the Cookie from the Cookie Jar, Old McDonald, 5 Turkeys, Down Around the Corner at the Candy Shop, This Old Man, There was an Old Lady Who Swallowed a Fly, Monkey’s Jumping on a Bed, There was an Old Woman Who Lived in a Shoe, Mittens, 5 Hearts
