Description
This is a 7 page, 7 part reader's theater script based on "A Christmas Carol". The Big Bad Wolf is visited by The Pig of the Past, The Pig of the Present and The Pig of the Future as he considers whether he really should be blowing down all the pigs' houses, especially on Christmas Day.
The script is written with primary students in mind and contains parts for Transitional to Fluent readers as follows:
o Transitional (roughly levels 10-12): Pig 2, Pig of the Present
o High Transitional (roughly levels 14-18): Bada the Wolf, Pig 1, Pig of the Future, Pig of the Past
o Fluent (roughly levels 20+): narrator
Also includes full page, color images of each character which students can use to make hats or neck signs to identify their part to the audience.
