This unit is great on its own or used with the History of Choral Music (Western European Tradition) BUNDLE.
The lessons provide interesting and engaging discussion questions for your class. Students will learn the prominent musical characteristics of each era and apply critical thinking skills to discuss the listening examples.
Corresponding Google Forms are included. The Google Forms include free-response journal entries as well as specific writing prompts related to the content. Use the Google Form for written assignments or use the post-it notes on the slideshow to host group discussion instead.
The full unit will take about 3 weeks depending the depth of class discussion and how you decide to split up the lessons.
