Choice of Law - Common Law

This quick 15-20 min activity is a perfect time filler that promote critical thinking and discussion! This activity was used after my note on Common Law for CLU3M class and has 8 different scenarios, however it can be used and adapted for CHV2O, CLN4C, CLN4U, etc.

You can print out these questions and make stations around the room, having students rotating, or have multiple ones where students are in groups going through the questions. Or you can use them as a prompt for a student independent written activity if you are needing an assessment piece. Up to you!
