Suggested Instructions:
1. Color the pieces and cut them out.
2. Optional: Apply glue on the paper strip. Wrap the chopstick with the strip.
3. Apply glue all over the back of the template. Line up the chopstick in the middle.
4. Fold the template in half. Apply slight pressure to be sure the glue sticks the template and the chopstick together.
Optional: Decorate the handle with yellow or red ribbon.
Best fan colors: red, blue, pink, yellow, orange
Supply chopsticks or popsicle sticks for the handle. Add sequins to your fans!
