Description

This dynamic dramatic presentation takes the gospels and brings them to life through children! Students do NOT have to memorize any lines. Student narrators guide the story of Jesus from creation to birth, life, death and resurrection while their classmates act out the story as disciples, Jesus, Mary, Joseph and even Pontius Pilate.

This version includes 21 parts but more disciples can easily be added or parts combined together for your presentation. If you'd like help editing to make that happen please email me and I'd be happy to adjust the number of roles to fit your needs! Both PDF and .doc versions are included so you can edit as needed as well. See text sample below.

Script Sample:

Narrator: Jesus’ first miracle was turning water into wine. His own mother asked him to do this. She knew he was the Son of God and he could do anything!
Jesus mimes turning water into wine with Mary.

Narrator: Jesus also healed a blind man, he cured people of a terrible skin disease called leprosy, and one time, he fed a huge crowd of people with just five loaves of bread and two fish! All the while, he was teaching about God’s love and sharing the truth with God’s children.
Jesus mimes healing 2 people with leprosy. Next, he passes out bread to a large crowd who sits at his feet while he is miming a teaching.

Narrator: Sadly, there were some people that did not like to hear about God’s teaching. They thought Jesus was a fake. Other people thought he was trying to ruin their church or take over their jobs as priests. They started making a plan. A terrible, evil plan.
Priests and guards cross arms, shake heads and mime making a plan.
