What educators are saying

It's rare to find exactly what you are looking for but these PPTs and Notes are it. I wanted guided notes so to help keep my students' attention and this does it. Thank you for the hard work!

Description

Teach your students the content from The Developing Child textbook without assigning boring readings! In this resource, you will find 12 chapters of PowerPoints and guided notes, note guides. This resource aligns directly with the 2016 version of "The Developing Child" from McGrawHill. The guided notes are done in the "skeleton note" format, with blanks for students in fill in, as you are teaching from the PowerPoints.

The chapters included are the following:

1. Learn About Children

2. Responsibilities of Parenting

3. Building Strong Families

4. Prenatal Development

5. Preparing for Birth

6. The Baby's Arrival

7. Physical Development of Infants

8. Emotional and Social Development of Infants

9. Intellectual Development of Infants

10. Physical Development of Children from 1-3

11. Emotional and Social Development of Children from 1-3

12. Intellectual Development of Children from 1-3

All Powerpoints included are in the PPTX format and all notes are in the DOCX format.

Disclaimer: I do not include an "answer key" for the skeleton notes because I post all of my PowerPoints on my school website for students to access on the days they are gone, and I require them to fill in their notes from the PowerPoints posted.
