Chemistry Experiment/Project Design, Management & Execution

In this guided inquiry activity, students in simulated research groups are presented with a realistic industrial challenge of project design and execution all the while learning about percent composition edible media. This was a HUGE hit year after year. I always had them keep their phones out to record the "popping" evidence. They loved it, and so did I!
