Description

This resource contains 16 case studies to help students understand the rights and freedoms in the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Students have the opportunity to read about each case study and answer a question pertaining to the case. Take a look at our video preview to know if this resource is right for you.

What's included:

- 16 half-page case studies (coloured and black and white)

- Student answer pages

- A blank student answer page (in case you want to pick and choose which case studies to use)

- Teacher PowerPoint with answer key so that you can have a class discussion

- Editable Google Slides digital version so that you can post them to your Google Classroom and save paper. Students can type right onto the slides. Note: be sure to make a copy for each student when assigning to your Google Classroom.
