See the *Preview* for a good idea as to what is included. Black and white theme easy for printing. No color ink needed. Mature theme will appeal to administrators on all levels. They will be impressed at your organization and you will make it easy for them to evaluate you. --there will be no guessing. And--you will be able to "back-up" your practice.

I believe strongly the documentation should be similar to a portfolio. So, I took the information and created an organizer for documenting evidence and artifacts.

My supervisor recommended numerous times to "be ready." I provide you with some things your district probably didn't give you. Here they are: checklists for each domain, a samples checklist of what each domain should include as far as artifacts goes. --that seems to a big hit among my colleagues. Another section is for photos. I made this editable so you can paste your pictures and add captions.

I assembled mine on 9/4/13 along with a few of my department colleagues. Since printing and assembling we all seem to be more confident. My colleague said today, "I'm going to place my sheets in protectors and use dry erase to make notes."

It is all about this new evaluation procedure. Be prepared! Document! Be organized!
