Winter in Connecticut means unexpectedly short classes due to delays. When I had this read to go, it was a perfect pivot to remind students that Carnaval is happening all over the world and a fun way to spend our (shorter) time together and break up the routine of regular grammar and vocab.
This was a very easy lesson for sub plans. The students were busy for the entire class period. All I really had to do was make copies. Thank you! I'd love to see more items like this for sub days!
