Description
This research project focuses on students looking at themselves, their personalities, and their interests to determine a potential career path. The packet guides them through the research process step-by-step starting with a pre-write. This also requires the student to interview a family member to determine how their personality has developed or stayed the same since childhood.
The next steps require students to take the Myers Briggs personality test and analyze the results to see how they might inform their potential career path. Using the results, students can begin researching; they will use the research graphic organizer to help practice summarization skills.
The last aspects of the project require students to do peer review and and utilize the writing checklist.
