Career Day - Job application and Interview skills, third fourth and fifth grade

Your students will love this activity! Students will start with filling out an elementary school friendly application for the career of their choice, some are provided. Meanwhile other students will pretend to be managers and conduct interviews. This activity works great for a speaking and listening grade/activity as well as great social studies activity for teaching communities. Over the years, I have received feedback from several upper level ESE teachers that said this mock interview helped with teaching life skills. I think that is a great idea, and I hope teachers across the grades find this helpful!
