Description
The camping theme for my preschoolers is always a popular theme for summer camp. I have now changed this product to include the camping theme memory game as well as the free bonus camping poster, which is cute if you have a dramatic play area set up for your camping theme.
The camping theme yoga and movement pose cards can easily be printed (I included printing directions in the .pdf) or used digitally on any mobile device.
I like this theme because it can be used with other themes: Bugs/Insects, Astronomy (looking at the stars), The Great Outdoors and even teach some life skills along the way.
While I don't homeschool, I think it would be so much fun to go camping (either for real, in the backyard, or even inside!) and use these yoga pose cards as an inclusive activity for the whole family.
This resource includes my Terms of Use, 13 individual pose cards, 1 partner pose card, and one "group" activity the class can participate in. I also included a couple of blank cards if you wanted to print and have your own notes/activities to go along with your cards. There are a total of 24 cards.
Other Suggestions for Use:
1. For physical activity on a rainy or inclement day
2. As a brain break between tests or focused activity
3. As a focusing activity prior to testing
4. Time filler between activities
5. A lesson plan for a substitute
6. A "just in case" activity to have on hand
