Camping Adapted Book--"We Will All Be Going Camping"

This Camping Adapted Book, "We Will All Be Going Camping" introduces and reviews camping themed vocabulary words, and helps students identify camping related objects. Adapted Song Books teach common vocabulary and concepts through simple songs and hands-on interactions.

This Adapted Book, "We Will All Be Going Camping," is sung to the familiar tune, "She'll Be Coming Around the Mountain."

Sample Verse:

"We will all be going camping, Saturday.
We will bring a tent to sleep in while we stay.
We will do a lot of fishing--
Look at stars and do some wishing,
We just hope those grizzly bears will stay away--GRRRR!!!!"

Students match the pictures and sing along as the teacher or therapist sings the song and moves through the pages. After the song is complete, students complete a labeling activity, where they label camping gear.
