Description

Do you have a Promethean Activboard, or other whiteboards (.iwb format or can import from pdf) and looking for ways to make the most of it but don't have the time to create your own calendar flipcharts- if you answered YES! then this is the product for you.

To get a taste and play with this please download the PREVIEW. It has screen captures with annotations on the various features and tools I have incorporated into the flipcharts.

What you will find:

1. August 2022 through July 2023 Calendars - these include songs for the months of the year and days of the week. It allows you to write in the day in number format as well as in written format. You will be able to easily drag copies of the days for "Yesterday was...., Today is...., Tomorrow will be..." There are calendars where students can drag image icons to create a pattern (just like we do with paper versions) and links where you can chart everyone's birthday as well as drag a note to show birthdays.

2. "Count the Days". This is similar to the place value pocket charts. Students record the day, then build it using base ten rods for Ones, Tens, Hundreds. They can also practice notation and write equations.

3. Weather Graphing. Your students can graph the weather for each month using a variety of options (drag an icon picture, color in the graph, or write in the graph).

4. Birthday Chart. There is a link to a Birthday Chart to record birthdays.

5. There are 120 and 240 number charts, blank 120 and 240 charts and a blank monthly calendar.

6. Ten frame tracking chart.

This resource comes as a zip file with a resource page that gives you tips on the various icons and tools (with pictures). Each page has extensive NOTES so support is merely a click away. I also list my email address in case you have questions or feedback.

There's MORE...when you purchase this you get the next year's for free -- I update these every July, so when July 2023 rolls around, you will get a notice that the file has been updated and VOILA, you will have next year's calendars as well.

Have a great new school year - thanks for stopping by and checking this out.

Cheers,

:D Cathy

Classify objects into given categories; count the numbers of objects in each category and sort the categories by count.
Compose and decompose numbers from 11 to 19 into ten ones and some further ones, e.g., by using objects or drawings, and record each composition or decomposition by a drawing or equation (e.g., 18 = 10 + 8); understand that these numbers are composed of ten ones and one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, or nine ones.
