What educators are saying

Great review for back to school morning work!!! My students loved it and I got to see right away what my students knew or didn't know.
Use to teach teen numbers at centers. Students loved working to learn to identify different number amounts and helped them visualize numbers in different ways.

Description

COLOR BY TEEN NUMBER SENSE 11-20 DIFFERENT WAYS TO SHOW NUMBERS SUBITIZING NO PREP PRINTABLES

This kindergarten number sense worksheets pack containing 10 pages, is an ideal resource for Kindergarten kids to consolidate number sense. A color by code worksheet for each number 11-20 is included.

This worksheet pack provides children with lots of practice by counting fingers, base ten blocks, spots on dice, identifying tally marks and ten frame representations and recognizing numerals (actual number and its reversal are included for worksheets 12-20).

After children color the spaces correctly, the corresponding number is formed with the contrasting colored spaces: i.e: if they are coloring the 'number 15/ not number 15 sheet', number 15 is revealed after they finish coloring the worksheet.

Understand the relationship between numbers and quantities; connect counting to cardinality.
Count to answer “how many?” questions about as many as 20 things arranged in a line, a rectangular array, or a circle, or as many as 10 things in a scattered configuration; given a number from 1-20, count out that many objects.
Compose and decompose numbers from 11 to 19 into ten ones and some further ones, e.g., by using objects or drawings, and record each composition or decomposition by a drawing or equation (e.g., 18 = 10 + 8); understand that these numbers are composed of ten ones and one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, or nine ones.
