Description

LIMITS at Infinity

A Calculus FIBs (Fill In the Blanks) Activity
-------------------------------------------------------

Combining math history with finding limits at infinity, this resource asks students to find ten limits as x approaches infinity. The answers will lead to facts about Gottfried Leibniz, an interesting character who was instrumental in developing calculus as we know it.

The assignment can be used for sub plans or for generating interest in the history of math. It also gives practice in identifying limits at infinity.

You can never get enough calculus or math history!
