Business Management Scenarios Advice Column Project

Being a manager is not always an easy job. Put students in the manager role with this 5-scenario management set. High school students will imagine that they are the author of an advice column on business management. Students will respond to one of the scenarios by giving the manager the best possible advice to a problem. Their response should include:
-Identify effective management skills to use

-Provide a detailed plan for how to deal with the issue

-Explain why this strategy was selected

-Explain how their actions will impact ALL stakeholders

After students have had time to work, have students present their ideas to the class.
