Bullying & Conflict Mediation Contract Package Grades 4-12

This Bullying & Conflict Mediation Contract Package comes with:

1. a Resiliency Plan Contract- which is to be used with the "victim" to build resiliency and to hold the student accountable for not choosing to engage with / antagonize their "bully". It also is a great way of documenting that you did recognize the report of bullying from the student and that you did something to help.

2. an Empathy Growth Plan- which is to be used with an "unintentional bully" or a student being accused of bothering another student. It could also be used with a legitimate bully, although I would suggest administrative paperwork be put into place as well, in this case. This contract holds the accused bully accountable to not interacting with the student reporting in the future, and paired with dialog with the counselor can help to build empathy and understand for other students.
