Everyone loves Eric Carle's Book Brown Bear Brown Bear. I read it at the beginning of the year in Kindergarten. Copy the body parts on Brown Paper to make the Bear. Next is to make a banner of the colorful friends he sees out of white paper and color the different animals. He is truly a great craft to do after reading the book.

This project is great for resource for sequence and retelling literacy.
