Brain Breaks Binder

This brain break pack was designed to put in a binder so that all your brain break activities are organized, can be accessed quickly, and take up minimal space in your classroom. The brain breaks were intentionally designed with varying lengths to meet the needs of your class at a particular time—some are shorter (30 seconds to 1 minute), some are longer (5 minutes). You also can choose the level of physical activity needed to reenergize and focus your class—some brain breaks are kinesthetic based while some are logic/reasoning based. This brain break pack contains:
• A cover and side label to design your “Brain Breaks Binder”
• 25 different brain breaks (each activity contains one cover page and one detailed explanation page for a total of 50 pages)
• One set of “I Have, Who Has?” cards to get you started for this particular brain break
• 15 sets of “Line 'Em Up” cards to use for the “Line 'Em Up” brain break
